PARENT EDUCATION

Our parent education groups support caregivers of children from birth through age 8 by creating a space to connect with other families, learn practical parenting strategies, and receive clinical therapeutic support for themselves. Facilitated by licensed therapists and certified parent educators, our trauma-informed groups use internationally recognized, evidence-based models including Incredible Years, Triple P, and Circle of Security. Together, caregivers strengthen parent-child relationships, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to support their child's healthy development while caring for their own well-being.
